Founded in 1876, Jacksons has guided generations of businesses and people through life’s biggest moments. However, they recognised the need for an evolved brand that reflects the organisation’s modern, dynamic culture and personal approach.

We worked closely with their leadership team to develop a new brand strategy and visual identity that expresses Jacksons’ people-first outlook and promise of confidence, clarity and care.

The rebrand aims to bridge the gap between internal culture and external perception, reinforcing Jacksons’ role as the North East’s trusted independent law firm. At the same time, we’ve carefully modernised and amplified nearly 150 years of history and built on their commitment to provide expert legal advice with genuine empathy and understanding. Alongside the updated look and feel, we’ve also delivered a new immersive website.

The new brand was launched at exclusive events at Wynyard Hall and Baltic’s Riverside Suite, where team members from Jacksons joined a range of business leaders across the North East. Erica was joined by head of operations, Amie Callan, to unveil the new brand, which has remained top secret for several months.

Armed with a more distinctive and meaningful brand, Jacksons is set to strengthen its position in the industry and continue its growth across the North East and beyond.
