Better appointed as brand partner to lead Rockliffe Hall’s new chapter
As Rockliffe Hall embarks on a multimillion-pound transformation, aimed at becoming one of the UK's leading luxury destinations, strategic brand agency Better has been appointed to spearhead the rebrand of the prestigious 375-acre resort.
Located in the North East, Rockliffe Hall has long been synonymous with excellence across golf, spa, and hospitality. Now, as part of an ambitious evolution, the award-winning five-star resort hotel is undertaking a series of significant renovation projects. These include the full restoration of the Grade II-listed Old Hall and the creation of a new purpose built 36 cover fine-dining restaurant following the appointment of two-Michelin-starred chef James Close as Culinary Director. Planning permissions have already been secured for a new restaurant and extensive refurbishments across the hotel, setting the stage for a redefined luxury guest experience.
Following a competitive pitch process, Better was selected as Rockliffe Hall’s strategic brand partner to bring its evolving vision to life. The agency will lead the development of a new brand strategy, verbal identity, design system, and activation approach, ensuring the brand aligns with Rockliffe’s renewed ambition and reconnects its rich heritage with a contemporary spirit of distinction.
