We are truly living in unique times. The health and wellbeing of everyone associated with Better is always our number one priority, and given current circumstances this is as important as ever.

In response to COVID-19, we’re following government and public health guidelines to ensure no-one is put at unnecessary risk. As a result, we’re implementing virtual meetings where possible, cancelling any non-business critical meetings and restricting non-essential business travel.

That said, the studio remains open and business will not stop.

In these unusual circumstances, it’s certainly not business as usual right now but we need to forge ahead. We have a small operations team taking shifts at the office and we’ve taken steps towards remote working for the studio team.

This is something we’re well prepared for and which will have minimal disruption on current and future projects. All of our team are fully equipped to work effectively from remote locations, with communications and systems already in place to enable this.

We’re doing everything we can to adapt to the fast moving situation and meet the evolving challenges we are facing to continue, as much as possible, to be open for business.

How to get in touch?

As always, we’re all available whenever we’re needed. If you need to get in touch, you can either call the studio or drop us an email.

For existing clients, you can continue working closely with Paul and Charlotte who are here to answer your questions, lead on projects and keep things moving for you.

What next?

As we all know things are changing on a daily basis. We’ll continue monitoring the national and local situation closely while being in regular contact with our local authority, business support organisations and networks to share knowledge, best practice and information.

These are uncertain times for us all. It’s an ever-changing and unprecedented situation, but we’re doing all we can to evolve our approach, protect our team and ensure the show goes on, which it must.

Please follow us on Twitter for the latest information regarding our approach as the situation evolves.

Most importantly, stay safe.
